insideGOOD provides feedback solutions to nonprofits and social mission organizations through our cloud-based Feedback Management System (FMS). The innovative and fully-featured FMS provides nonprofit leadership with everything they need to run a successful, ongoing feedback process with their supporters (like volunteers and donors). The system includes expert-designed surveys (specifically designed for nonprofit audiences), feedback dashboards and analytics, communication tools, and industry comparisons. insideGOOD takes the pain out of survey management - saving our nonprofit customers time, money and effort - while simultaneously making feedback data more actionable and powerful. Founded in 2008, InsideGOOD originally launched as a public ratings platform for charities. What we discovered, however, was that our nonprofit customers needed more robust data in an internal system that was easy to maintain. InsideGOOD joined the FISH Social Venture Incubator at the University of Notre Dame in the fall of 2010. In 2011, InsideGOOD ran a national private beta with nonprofits of various sizes, tenures and missions.
