Insight Holidays weaves together the Enneagram, the breathwork of Kundalini yoga, and delicious, nourishing meals to deliver you an amazing holiday! Choose from holidays in Greece, Mexico, Morocco, and beyond! We offer you the opportunity to learn, grow, and relax in gorgeous holiday environments. Each all-inclusive holiday features:--Your own private room and bathoom. Three meals a day provided by Insight Holidays.--Twice daily kundalini yoga classes, emphasizing enneagram specific exercises and breathwork, lead by KRI certified instructor Lynn Roulo.--Raw food demos from Greek chef and author Flora Papadopoulou.--Enneagram discussion for both beginners and those with a more advanced knowledge. --Group excursions.Our holidays are appropriate for all, no matter what your physical ability.
