INSOFTEK SDN BHD is a company incorporated in Malaysia in May 2002, with its principal office at 17, Jalan Cenderai 28, Bandar Baru Kota Putri, 81750, Masai, Johor, Malaysia. It provides services which help produce down-stream specialty products in the oil and fats industry. Insoftek provides various types of products and services, as follow: 1. Fractionation plants to produce various customized products. The fractionation processes are a combination of art and science in the oil and fats industry. By altering the conditions of the oil during its crystallisation process and changing the techniques of using up to thirty (30) bars of membrane filter presses, a wide range of different products can be manufactured. Insoftek supplies the following types of fractionation plants: a. Palm kernel oil; b. RBD palm oil; c. Super Olein with an Iodine Value ("IV") of 62 to 65; d. Palm-mid fraction ("PMF") fractionation plant to obtain POP-34 fat; ande. Palm stearine fractionation plant to obtain hard palm stearine with melting point higher than 59℃. 2. Membrane filter presses. Insoftek partners with Envites, a company based in Czech Republic, to design various types of membrane filter presses. Their products include manual, semi auto and fully automated membrane hydraulic presses. These high-quality products are engineered according to the European standards with an aim to last longer operationally. 3. Other services and products a. Temperature control valves, pneumatic and manual ball valves etc;b. Plate heat exchangers and their spare gaskets or plates;c. Pipes (stainless steel and so forth);d. Crystallisers and stainless steel storage tanks;e. Hoses and adapters;f. Membrane filter plates (800mm x 800mm up to 1500mm x 2000mm);g. Membrane filter clothes (mono-multi, multi-multi for various air permeability);h. Positive displacement, centrifugal pump and their spare parts;i. Lab equipment (FTNIR and so forth);k. Spray cooler;
