Inspiration for All is a social enterprise dedicated to creating partnerships between school leaders and business leaders to help improve social mobility in disadvantaged areas. On our unique Inspiring Partnerships Programme, we match leaders from the corporate business community with leaders in education, with a focus on improving leadership skills such as building effective teams, leading change and dealing with challenging conversations. So far (March 2022) we have worked with 4 corporate sponsors and over 20 businesses to create 123 partnerships across 79 schools in 39 local authorities and 27 multi-academy trusts, reaching over 60000 students with an average of 39% on free school meals. The feedback has been fantastic:100% of school leaders agreed they have developed their leadership skills and they feel more capable as a leader100% of business leaders have found it an easy and effective way to contribute their skillsInspiring Partnerships is the creation of two people who inspire each other every day. Having met by chance at a workshop, co-Founders Paula and Sarah quickly discovered that they shared a passion for supporting school leaders and making a difference to young people's lives.
