Individual Psychological Counselling Counselling is provided in a friendly & professional environment by a Registered Psychologist. In addition to individual counsellig, Inspire Health Therapies offers a variety of six week group Psychological Programs. The programs are conducted for one and half hours each week over six consecutive weeks with a maximum of 10 participants. Medicare rebates available & Bulk billing for health care card holders and 18 years and under. Inspire Health Therapies provides iRest yoga Nidra group programs. iRest an evidence based ancient transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that releases negative emotions and thought patterns, calms the nervous system, and develops an inner sanctuary of well-being.
