Our motto: "Inspired by the knowledge" means that we still improve and we encourage you to "let yourself be inspired".Training INSPIRE Sourcing s.c. consists of:Theory (inspirational presentations and micro-lectures) supported by examples taken from life experience - 30 % of time Active learning forms / participants' activities - 70 % of time • Pre- and post-works – tasks / exercises for participants to be completed prior to or after the training sessions,• Experience sharing – among participants as well as by trainer, benchmarks presentation,• Discussions and debates – on the subject imposed by trainer to exchange views, analyze issues from different angles.
