Usually working directly with client organisations, she has also worked as a consultant for training companies and colleges.Inspire offers a wide variety of "off the shelf" courses, covering IT (Microsoft Office), business/personal development, admin and management skills. Organisations also employ Janet to deliver their own in-house courses and design and deliver bespoke courses to suit their specific requirements.IT workshops are also run for clients. Organisations book a day for a trainer to go in and carry out a number of 30-90 minute one-to-one sessions with staff, tailored to a specific area they wish to learn about.As a professionally qualified coach, Janet works with people on a one-to-one or team basis, as needed. Helping people talk about issues or concerns, overcome obstacles and work towards clearly identified, agreed goals encourages improved working practices and better relationships.Training and coaching dovetail nicely, with coaching reinforcing the skills and knowledge acquired during a training course, increasing productivity even more.Inspire Training Midlands forms a partnership with clients, to achieve solutions that actually meet objectives and achieve tangible results.
