Partners Seth Gibbs and Emily Peters share a passion for great drinks and genuine hospitality. They founded Inspired Spirits in 2018 to bring the best in craft cocktails and bar service to any location without compromising the quality or experience of a night out at a great bar. Seth and Emily are known for their adventurous palates and love of fresh, seasonal flavors, and they love to incorporate both into delicious cocktails. They find inspiration in New York's vibrant culinary scene, finding unique flavors in sometimes the most unexpected places. Some of their favorite inspirations come from Chinatown, Chelsea Market, and the East Village.Now that we're all staying at home more than usual these days, Seth and Emily realized how many people were missing the well-made cocktails they were used to getting in bars & restaurants, and discovered a new passion for teaching folks at home to make the same kinds of drinks we make in our restaurants. They've worked with everyone from brand-new home bartenders to at-home enthusiasts to budding professionals, all who are looking to improve their cocktail skills and knowledge.
