Inspired2Become was found by my brother and I. We aim to develop youth through using athletics for people with disabililties and alternative action sports. My brother, Fanie van der Merwe (two times Paralympics gold medallist in 2008 and world record holder in the 100 and 200m) will be focussing on athletics for people with disabilities. Myself, Chris van der Merwe(qualified as an international professional rollerblader in 2008 in USA at the Amateur World Championships) will be focussing on alternative action sports (skateboarding, rollerblading and bmxing).
