Instacom evolved from our sister company, an IT service business in Toronto, Canada, that has been providing support and management to several hundred customers for over 20 years. We created Instacom because of the difficulty and risks we identified with our customers that require secure communication and file sharing. Our identification of these risks and the need for everyone to be on the same page, led to the evolution of the Instacom ecosystem. All of our development and support is in house, in our Toronto office, not outsourced or off shore. Our team is strong and innovative and focused on the needs of our customers and the evolution of Instacom based on our customer feedback.
