The Institute for Patient-Centered Design, Inc. is a non-profit organization established to facilitate a positive patient experience by serving patients, healthcare providers and designers.Our mission is to contribute to the quality of healthcare delivery through patient-centered design advocacy, education and research.Our mission is carried out through three main service areas.1. Provide information and resources to the healthcare design community addressing the specific needs of the patients for whom they designInnovation SummitThe Institute for Patient-Centered Design has opened registration for its inaugural Patient-Centered Design Innovation Summit. The Summit will take place from Sunday, September 27 until Tuesday, September 29, 2015 in Charleston, SC.
