The Institute of Corporate Training opened its doors January 2013, as a small, independent training firm in the greater Chicagoland area. We are a division of the Assurance Corporation, which, since 1983, continues to educate students in the West Town community. As such, we have a full complement of administrators, program developers, faculty, and trainers who work behind the scenes to make our programs relevant and run smoothly when brought to you. To do so requires us to constantly evolve as learning & development needs evolve, which is precisely why being a small independent firm is significant. Our independence means we can respond to client needs quickly and efficiently, offering customized products that align with strategic imperatives. We answer to you, our clients, and most important, we focus on long-term relationships.
