The Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (ISMN) is a professional management association, which specializes in strategic leadership and governance. The Institute was established in 2003 as an independent, non-government, non-profit organization.Our mission is to advance and promote knowledge and skills in the practice of strategic management, strategic leadership, strategic entrepreneurship, and governance through research, publications, education, training, certification, induction and regulation of students and members. To date, we have over fifteen thousand members at Associate, Full Membership, and Fellowship levels.ISMN undertakes training of members on a continuous basis in strategic management, strategic leadership, and governance. Our periodic Mandatory Continuous Development Programmes (MCPDs) are geared towards enriching our members' knowledge of contemporary tools and techniques in strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation.The Institute has a governance and management structure that ensure projects and programmes agree with its corporate vision and enhances efficient execution of such projects and programmes. At the apex of the Institute's governance is the Governing Council which is currently headed by Dr Emman C. Oyeka (FSM) as President/Chairman-In-Council. The National Secretariat administration is headed by the Registrar/CEO, Mr. Obitunde Obiyemi (FSM)
