The Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) is UWA's sole mechanical engineering student society. It is currently in its 5th year and has continued to grow on an exponential scale, across a wide variety of fields ranging from events, membership, to sponsors and partners. IMechE UWA has been at the forefront of representing mechanical engineering students at UWA from university to professional registration.Starting off with only a handful of mechanical postgraduate students in 2013, IMechE UWA has grown into one of UWA's premier engineering clubs. IMechE UWA holds several events per year and actively takes part in both cross discipline and industry collaboration. IMechE UWA wishes to ensure the continued personal & professional development of all mechanical engineering students.
