The Instituto Cervantes is the official Spanish Language and Cultural centre. It's a non-profit organization founded by the Government of Spain in 1991. Its mission is to promote Spanish language teaching throughout the world as well as Spain's co-official languages, in addition to fostering knowledge of the cultures of Spanish-speaking countries.Our organization:*Provides Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE), as well as issuing the official certificates and diplomas to the participants in our courses.*Provides Spanish courses.*Provides Spanish teacher training.*Supports Hispanists in their work.*Organises cultural events in conjunction with other organisations.The work of the Instituto Cervantes is directed by representatives from the worlds of academia, culture and literature from Spain and Latin America.
