Intake.Me gives patients their own private health cloud where they can securely share healthcare records (like test results, symptoms, medications, health history, treatment plans) with their doctors via secure & private folders they can access from anywhere. Doctors receive patient records in advance of visits & can view them on any device, collect co-pays, share records, treatment plans and lab results.
