Established in 1978, and the purpose of its founding to the construction of libraries, cultural beacon in the slums of the belief of Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak said that the natural approach to community development starts with educating the child and family. Assembly began its activities through the development of some school libraries in different districts. And turned into this phase of the project to a form of social work, which emphasized the desire of the sons of those neighborhoods to the upgrading of their society .. And that the message of the Assembly now has real resonance in the community since the very beginning.
