IPM was first established @ year 1995 by its founder Sherif Badr in Dubai, UAE to fill such a gap, delivering real-estate development and project management services to the market.With the continuous growth to the construction industry and real-estate, IPM continued its professional services In UAE to cover the whole 7 emirates including DUBAI, ABU DHABI, SHARJAH, AJMAN, UMEL QAWAIN, FUJIRAH and RAS EL KHAIMA.By the year 2003 IPM moved its headquarter to Cairo Egypt, Since then IPM continued its commitment to deliver state of the art development and project management services to its clients over the Globe.By 2011 IPM introduced VALUE ENGINEERING as an added value services to its clients.
