IMI is an expansion of, and integrates the plants and operations of the existing Pan African Health Foundation (PAHF) medical devices Plant. The strategic goal being to significantly increase PAHF's output to a more appropriate economic size and diversify PAHF's product menu to include Intravenous (IV) Solutions, Injectables, Ear Nose and Eye Drops (ENE), intravenous-giving sets (IVGS), and medical supplies, as benchmarked against leading international competitors.PAHF is an ISO 13485, CE and WHO-PQS certified, renowned Medical devices company having a truly world class manufacturing facility at Portharcourt, working under the mission of reducing the disease burden in Africa.Managing PAHF plant operation and successfully completed many cost reduction program. Providing leadership and training for the production team, responsible for production planning and targets. Set and keep to productivity targets and maintaining world-class quality levels of the manufacturing facilities by optimizing people, materials, processes and technology. Part of Management planning team on manufacturing plans and future products / process innovation and to ensure that resources are available to meet long-term production targets. Ensuring full compliant with ISO, GMP, CE and WHO procedures, product documentation, specifications, SOPs, HSE, and local regulators requirements. P&L responsibility for $3.5M operating budget and $10M in plant sales volume and overall Factory operation. Actively involved with sales department planning ensuring that delivery targets are meet and no customer complain.Key team member of IMI Expansion Project ($250+million) team for setting up the world- class factories to raise the production capacity to 1billion AD Syringes, 1 billion hypodermic needles, and 105 million IV- giving sets, 150million litres of IV fluids, and other health care products. Developing the Business Plan, factory layout using CAD and enabled the engineering details to IMI.
