Integrated Rehab Consultants (IRC) is a national, physician-led physiatry group whose board-certified doctors work in concert with primary care physicians, nurses, and therapists at skilled nursing facilities to optimize a patient's treatment plan and overall care. Founded in 2010, IRC was one of the first physiatry groups to partner with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). Today, we're the nation's largest group of physiatrists within a skilled setting. We continue to grow and meet the needs of the changing post-acute industry by utilizing a team-based approach to help manage rehab and address issues that most affect skilled nursing facilities: re-admission rates, patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, PDPM, and staff training.
