ISV Club has been set up by Lt Commander Nikhil Kumar Chandrakala, an Indian Naval Veteran - Group Testing Officer (Ex 12 SSB & Founding Member - SSB Kolkata). Nikhil has had the unique privilege and distinction of having served as India's "Youngest Group Testing Officer" amongst all three services (Army, Navy and Airforce). He is skilled in using the scientific principles of personality and leadership assessment - the Group Approach to Leadership Testing and adjudge the group effectiveness and team dynamics of an individual. ISV Club offers complete mentoring and thorough coaching on the full SSB procedure and is open for all types of entries (10+2 candidates and Graduates) for the Army, the Navy and the Airforce. A detailed explanation of Projective Technique (Psych Test) along with description of the Interview Procedure is also provided. Nikhil provides complete guidance on presenting "YOURSELF" to the Services Selection Board.
