Whether you are just beginning your yoga journey and would like some one on one in basic poses or whether you are contemplating introducing a meditation practice to your day, you've come to the right place!We can work at your home, office or any mutually agreed upon location with any number of participants. Sessions can be active or run as a workshop. Yoga props and educational materials are provided.Sessions may be restorative, invigorating, physical and sweaty or gently active. The idea with private yoga is that you receive exactly what you need in a safe and comfortable space and for the time you have available.REIKIReiki is a gentle laying on of hands either on or over the body, which moves life force energy where it is needed in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. It is a wonderful supplement to other modalities of healing or on its own. It is a blissful experience that promotes every aspect of wellness.Reiki is a well-known modality for aiding in stress reduction and relaxation returning the body to its natural state of balance physically improving sleep, relief from pain and activating the immune system. Mentally, emotionally and/or spiritually, reiki will enhance clarity, balance emotional stress and bring a sense of inner peace. Join Sadhana for a 75 min session in the ambiance of her home studio, which will include 15 minutes to chat, set an intention and move towards relaxation, 45 minutes of reiki and 15 minutes of integration.Alternatively, you may wish to book a 90 min session, which will allow for a quick reading or deeper relaxation practices.READINGSIntuitive readings can help gain perspective regarding current issues or life direction.
