Integrative Health and Training will put a new spin on your workout. No more dredging through old and boring exercises. Join us and learn fun, effective and unique techniques that will improve your coordination, balance, strength, endurance and body awareness all while losing weight and gaining lean muscles. In addition, we will utilize the newest and best forms of cross-country ski training. If you're a skier, you'll be prepared to hit the snow when it comes. If you're not a skier, no problem! The technique pointers and full-body exercises are great for everyone's balance and coordination.After every workout, we will focus on overall body health and recovery with yoga, pilates, qi gong or meditation. With this focus on mental health and breathing, will come peace, acceptance and respect for your improved and healthier body. Women of all fitness levels are encouraged to participate. You will benefit from the small-group size with maximized individual attention and strong group camaraderie.
