If you could assist someone in the same or a similar classification to grow their business so they needed to employ one more staff member it would be of much greater value to your community than many small projects. That new staff member would pay taxes, buy groceries, cars, and houses and if you were persuasive, enough join your Rotary Club.What you do in your business, profession or trade will be a little different to your counterpart in (say) Perth, Honolulu or Berlin. If you were to sit down over a meal and talk "shop" what could come of it? When we email the secretary of the clubs you have decide you'd like to visit, we ask that you be matched up with someone of the same or a similar classification. If this was a positive experience, you might tell a friend or two when you get home. Then get your friend to put your name in the ‘Refer a friend and benefit your community through a Rotary Club' section when they register. That friend might put together a group. (Max 10 people) Then we'll pay the your Rotary Club 5% of the amount they spend with us. .
