The Sex Offenders and criminal registries will contain details of the offenders like the incident, ID number, Occurrence Book number, and photo MULIKA PLATFORMMULIKA has been a 6 year journey of facilitating citizen participation in National Security, leveraging on mobile technology to enable the public to make timely reports and the officers receiving to make speedy and quality response. This project is anchored by Integrity Support Services as a community project. This project has successfully gone from ideation to testing for positioning for scale. The Mulika Initiative is aimed at improving the practice of community policing by incorporating information and communication technology (ICT) in the crime fighting architecture. The systems major salient feature is therefore the recognition of the centrality of communities to drive their security agendas by consciously developing a problem driven adaptive synergy of addressing security at the grass root.The overarching objective being to unleash an inter-sectoral prevention strategy of creating an enhanced and sustained collective action of a multi-agency coalition for collective impact.
