My name is Holger Otto André an IT solutions developer, consultant and contractor for computing services as well as software development. I am independent professional (freelancer), but I've also worked for large and small companies.Like many software producers, "Inteligentica" is oriented toward the IT sector but with great ideas on software development, and consulting services. We put theory into practice.I was very disappointed with the experience of software applications users from Costa Rica and the rest of world, therefore I set out to create experiences that rise and set new standards for software development.Driven by passion and meticulous attention to detail, offering software development to clients in Costa Rica and the rest of the world, deepening my experience and attracting a list of customers who share our vision of practical and effective solutions driven by quality and low cost.In recent years, I have been expanding my focus to meet the increasingly sophisticated needs of our small and big clients and the demands of today's world.My success is based on strategic innovative thinking, a commitment to excellence and passion for what we do.
