Intelligence Matters Research Consultancy Limited has been established since March 2009 and was incorporated as a social enterprise in 2010. It provides mystery shopping, quality survey and research services to organisations wishing to secure data, information and intelligence from the residents and communities. Intelligence Matters brings together the social enterprise expertise with the unique local knowledge and understanding of community based researchers recruited locally and then trained to the highest standards. As well as research services Intelligence Matters offers enterprise and social enterprise business support, capacity building training and consultancy services. Intelligence Matters organises and hosts events such as the 1st and 2nd Civic Corporate Social Responsibility Awards to support and celebrate the work of local organisations.
