We provide a complete dental laboratory service including crown & bridge, custom abutments, implants, implant over-denture systems and partial dentures.At Intelligent Dental Solutions we specialise in high end restorations. Intelligent Dental Solution is a credited 3M ESPE Lava milling centre with a latest Lava 500 CNC milling system for milling crowns and bridges in zirconia, e-max, and PMMA materials.Since we have added new technology including scanning, design software and milling systems. For scanning we use Degrees of Freedom (DOF) 3D scanners with exocad design software. This is considered state-of-the-art dental laboratory technology that matches any laboratory setup around the world. The DOF scanner can scan any dental restoration job from copings, crowns, impressions and implants to complete models in articulator with its telescopic accuracy. In milling we have added an Arum 5-axis CNC for milling titanium and cobalt-chrome frameworks
