I am a NARM informed professional, the Neuro-Affective Relational Model focuses on complex trauma and our adaptive survival style. In therapy with me, I will tailor my approach to support your needs and comfort. I use an interdisciplinary, client-centered approach. I have clinical training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Distress Tolerance, and Mind-Body Wellness Approaches.
