We focus on low- to moderate-income individuals, including:• Single parents• TANF recipients• High-school dropouts• The unemployed and underemployed• The homeless• Substance abusers• Displaced homemakers• VeteransEnrollmentICS is an open entry/exit institution that provides quality educational service and vocational skill training year round.Our educational and employment-training opportunities include:• Office Automation—Students master Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. • Computer Repair • GED Preparation/Adult Basic Education—This program includes GED test preparation, personal skills development, and literacy tutoring, all aimed at helping clients pass the GED.• Job Preparation—ICS offers employment workshops, internet access for on-line job search, pre-employment test preparation, application submission, and instruction in writing resumes.• Job Readiness Certification—• Case Management and Counseling Services—ICS provides comprehensive vocational and educational counseling. • ICS Computer Tech Services—Clients can purchase computer systems within their budgets. • Health Training-ICS provide counseling in HIV/STD and Holistic Obesity Prevention.
