The Interior AIDS Association is a small non-profit organization in Fairbanks, Alaska dedicated to reducing the harm and risk of HIV. To this end, we provide HIV Prevention activities, free HIV testing, HIV/AIDS Case Management and Support Services, and comprehensive outpatient substance abuse treatment (methadone program). The IAA also supports Northern Exchange, the first syringe exchange in Alaska.
