We are specialised in mechanical workings for industrial vehicle, mechanical and automotive transmissions. Our clients are primary companies on worldwide level. we are now able to guarantee: - whole equipment - 55.000 hours per year of potential capability, our goal is to reach 85.000 within 2010; - Horizontal machining centre , FMS, working capacity from 700 to 1600mm, production of central housings, carriers, crankcases, supports; - vertical machining centre for little and medium production, wheel hubs, flanges and carrier. - CNC - turning machine for diameters of 400mm with maximal weight of 20kgs, production of wheel hub, flanges, semifinished for gears; - machined parts from 1 kilo to 350 kilos. Our company is certified ISO-TS16949 . We have all necessary high level machines for the quality control, thousandth for internal holes, tridimensional machines with stroke from 0 to 1500mm, instrumentation of periodical audit of gage and software processes for the management of the quality system in all its parts through statistics and significant data capture for confrontation and improvement. Our company, situated in a green environment, has an area of 8.000 mq recently renewed; 3.500 mq of them are dedicated to stock goods. Production is guaranteed 3 shifts per day which are regularly assisted by technical and qualified staff able to solve any emerging problem. Our management takes care of the innovation and control of the economical and production data by computerized systems. We can verify daily the development of production, quality and economy.
