We are an alliance of European and North American NGOs and advocates of healthy time-use, backed by renowned scientists and experts in the fields of chronobiology, neuroscience, economic science, and social science. We seek to provide citizens and politicians with complete, reliable information that is relevant and essential to the setting of civil clocks. We emphasize the importance of keeping permanent Natural Time in our daily lives, and urge governments to facilitate this as soon as possible, preferably before March of 2021.
