TO TEACH, LEARN, LEAD and SERVEICCD "Literacy Changes Life for the GOOD" through academic mentoring, sound after-school tutoring, STEM mentor, summer learning, and "Early" Learning programs. ICCD engages children and teens in reading and reading-related activities during the summer months of June and July. Innovative after-school and Summer reading programs foster a love of reading through community and professional mentoring programs and services.Programs & Services• After School literacy program - now capped at 75 elementary (pre-K - 6 )• Summer Education/Enrichment - pre-K - 12 (9-12) grade mentors/tutors)• STEM - Science Technology Engineering Mathematics with Mr. Charlie • Early Learning Program • Community outreach activities.• Youth Leadership/Group Mentoring • Adult Literacy (GED, ESL, Financial literacy with Wells Fargo).• Parenting classes in partnership with the Public Library• Health and Wellness initiatives.
