The International Chamber of Innovation, Commerce and Enterprise (ICICE) is an inclusive international business league encompassing a global network of knowledge professionals. ICICE is a global platform for networking, exchange and enterprise-building, serving those interested in exploring the potential of research innovation, technology investment and licensing.
