The International Extreme Petanque Federation is a Belgian non-profit organisation founded by 13 friends in order to promote extreme petanque. What started as a crazy idea in a garden, quickly turned into an international online community which eventually lead to the creation of an official organisation.Our credo is ‘No rules, only balls' and by that we mean that you only have to respect the basics when playing extreme petanque. Once you do that, you got total freedom to choose where you want to play: in the woods, on a construction site, over your neighbour's garden fence or in a park in between the trees. Just let your imagination run wild and play ball!Our goal is to unite people while playing extreme petanque. It's not about the competition, it's about being together and having fun (while having a drink). Our community is the backbone of our organisation and everything we do is a direct result of the activity in that community. We're not here to get rich and famous, we're here to boost social cohesion worldwide and we would like you to join our ball-infested party!OUR GOALS• Develop the extreme petanque concept even more (events, inspiration, games, products, ...)• Promote (extreme) petanque within a young(er) audience• Create the biggest (online) petanque community• In short: bring people together in a socially interactive environment
