The IISE focuses on leadership training in order to create social change. They every year accepts and train inspiring visionaries, age 22 or older, in social entrepreneurship courses, who mainly come from developing nations, and have overcome significant life challenges ranging from vision impairment, disability, poverty, war, discrimination and exploitation.
