International Intervision Institute Details
The International Intervision Institute is a non for profit organization that was set up to continue the facilitation inter vision requests of area authorities in - and outside Europe. These were offered in the past in the framework of the Interreg IIIc project MILUnet ( see www.MILUnet.eu) . For these international multidisciplinary intervisions, a seminar / workshop format is developed called Implementation Lab and provides - a 3 day - pressure cooker procedure in which practitioners, consultants, developers and scientist focus on a problem of a hosting organisation.This out of the box process has generated in the past 10 years a surprising number of recommendations that were a breakthrough in the context of the hosting organization.
