International Journal of Selection and Assessment (IJSA) is a quarterly scientific journal that publishes original articles related to all aspects of staffing and assessment in organizations. As an international journal, we seek and publish research from all parts of the globe, and we aim to write for both academics in staffing, and practitioners in organizations.
