In 2015 he founded Jeffrey Strategic Inc. to bring his cognitive science-based communication training to companies across North America. Gregor's original "Presenting with Influence" and "Writing with Influence" workshops helped tens of thousands of leaders and business professionals to overcome their neurological bias and immediately communicate more effectively.Committed to reaching new audiences and solving more complex interpersonal challenges, Gregor and his wife Michaela evolved Jeffrey Strategic into the Interpersonal Intelligence Institute in 2021.
