InterQ Learning Labs trains qualitative researchers in moderating, interviewing skills, and report synthesis and writing. If you work in human-centered research, UX, in-house, or independently, our 2-4 day in-person workshops will teach you the essential skills needed to set up discussion guides, interview, use research technology, and get stakeholder buy-in. InterQ Learning Labs hosts research workshops in various U.S. cities -- and worldwide. Courses are taught by Dr. Karen Seratti and Joanna Jones, leading qualitative researchers with a combined 35 years in the market research industry. Classes are small: 12 participants, with 2 instructors. The curriculum is taught through a learn-by-doing format, held with real participants, in real research settings, including focus group facilities, co-working spaces, and hotel conference rooms.
