Which means, businesses will no longer need to co-ordinate interviews with two, three or more individuals, hence saving time and money.Just like all great ideas, InterviewNZ was founded out of a pain in the market that needed a solution. InterviewNZ allows business owners, hiring managers and HR departments to pre-screen shortlisted job applicants using an online video platform that enables pre-recorded questions to be answered from any location at any time of the day.
