Founded in 1999, Intralink was an emerging provider of IT Managed Solutions including Server / Network management (DR, Security, Backup) and DWS (Desktop Management and Worksite support) for SMB companies in Alberta. As requirements for larger infrastructure implementations grew so did Intralink with channel partnerships including Tech-data, Ingram Micro, Microsoft, NOVEL, SUN Cobalt, HP, Adobe and COREL. Working within the private and public sectors (Industries including: Financial, Legal, Utility, Oil and Gas, and more recently, the Government of Alberta and Alberta Health Services) Intralink has demonstrated leadership and a high level of client relationship management that has placed it self on par with even the largest consulting firms in Edmonton.Intralink has shown extensive experience including Program Management and IT Service Delivery Management specializing in: COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology) 4.1 framework implementation for managing IT governance and risk and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) for ITSM (IT Service Management) design, implementation and management.
