I spun Intrepid Company out of Intrepid Media as a technical and management consulting firm. The philosophy was to get large corporate companies to run like startups and get startups to run like established companies. We provided local, managed, proven talent for product and technical design & development. We also offered business consulting and proprietary frameworks, including project management, for startups and Fortune 500 companies alike. I started the company in 2003 as a full time independent contractor. In 2007, I hired my first employee. All Intrepid Company employees found full time employment at their respective clients.
