INVENTO is a non-governmental and non-profit organization, created in 2011, which has the mission to contribute to the socio-economic development of Moldova through projects dedicated to the younger generation and targeting areas such as leadership, entrepreneurship, gender equality, personal development.The objectives of the organization are:• involvement in community development through civic, social and economic activities;• stimulation of young people and women in participation in community development;• promotion of volunteerism, social values, initiatives and methods of non-formal education;• providing assistance and facilitating access to national and international grants for organizations;• the development of trans-national partnerships with various institutions in the field of social, civic and economic;INVENTO is an organization bringing together specialists from the social and economic fields, with extensive experience in writing and implementation of local, national and trans-national in areas related to:• entrepreneurship development;• the development of young people and women;• the promotion of principles of corporate social responsibility;• studies and research on the needs of NGOs and trade organizations;• active and non-formal education;• promotion of public-private partnership;Being an young NGO, INVENTO has the vision to inspire the society to the invention of success through education, motivation, support and action.
