Based in Dubai, InvesTec is an International Trade and Development company part of Tadawul Aljazeera Group from Saudi Arabia. The group has been focused on Real Estate, Hospitality, Construction, Travel & Tourism, Heavy Machinery and allied Services. Various companies including Sait Group for Construction, Alya Mechanical Engineering, Casa Décor, Boraq Aljazirah, Sama Construction, Al Massa Transportation, First Construction and Equipment, Al Massa Umra Services and Sama Décor are operating under the Tadawal Group of Companies. Tadawul Alzajeera owns franchises of Ramada Hotels in Saudi Arabia. The group also introduced its own brand with the name of Almassa in Saudi which became one of most successful hospitality businesses in KSA. Sait Group for Construction and Development is one of the largest construction groups in Saudi Arabia specializing in construction of hotels, towers, hospitals and infrastructure works. Owing to the huge success in the construction sector it is classified in the first category by the Contractor Classification Agency and allowed to undertake construction projects of unlimited value. The Sait Group has constructed about thirty hotels in the Harem area. The Group's projects have recently been expanded to include construction work outside Makkah. It has branch offices in Taif, Jeddah, Makkah and Madina. Recently Tadawul through InvesTec has adopted a major geographic diversification strategy and initiated new startups with offices in Dubai and India. InvesTec is spearheading its strategy and is working on identifying new investment opportunities in the UAE. After conducting initial sector studies F&B and International Trade have been identified for potential investments in the UAE. InvesTec has already initiated a F&B franchise called The Kebab Shop located in the food court of Dubai Airport Free Zone.
