Through this power of community connection, local businesses can find the funding they need to grow, employ, and expand their offerings while every day individuals can access wealth creation by investing directly into your community's development. Our initial plan is to offer a bond that pays a high interest rate as the vehicle to meet the local businesses' funding needs. Each business will be carefully vetted through an extensive due diligence and underwriting process that emphasizes ability to repay debt through cash flows.
