We advise and search for small and large real estate investment opportunities in Spain, more specific at the Costa Del Sol.In 2010 we visited the Malaga region for the first time, and it was love at first sight. The weather was an important factor: leaving Belgium with snow and -1 C°, it was a delight when the airplane doors opened and we felt a temperature around 25 C°.After a second visit, we decided to look for a property to rent, so it would make it possible for us to spend more time in Málaga. With some help from friends and a friendly real estate agent, our adventure started.We devide our time between Belgium and Spain.We offer pro-active investment projects suitable for all budgets. We have our own business in Belgium for more then 20 years and have the experience to work with all kind of customers. The reactivation of the Spanish real estate sector after the crisis period and the so-called housing bubble, is a reality. However, the price of housing is far from what at the time represented, and it is still far from what is expected to grow.
