We are a group of people who realized that the real estate sector has provided great wealth to investors around the world. However, historically it has belonged to those with large capital, specialized knowledge, or well-connected people. That is why we created the first real estate collective investment technology platform in Colombia. We seek to connect groups of people interested in investing in the real estate market, in a simple, low-cost, and reliable way.MISSION: At InvestPont we believe that everyone deserves an easy, fast and reliable way to invest in real estate. Thus, through our technology, we create an ecosystem where people and real estate developers can access the benefits of collective investment. We want to revolutionize investment in real estate, democratizing it through digitization and allowing our users to obtain portfolio diversification. In turn, we want our allies, builders or developers, to obtain a source of financing with lower rates than those of the market and liquidity for their companies.VISION: We will be the first GLOBAL collective investment platform, becoming the pioneers in real estate "tokenization" with the support of technologies that allow governmental and economic decentralization, such as Smart eContracts and Blockchain. In this way, we will reinvent the real estate sector, giving it the liquidity that it does not currently have and we will become an attractive financing alternative in the banking sector, eventually funding large capital in not only residential, but commercial and industrial constructions.
