We are constantly subjected to adverse situations due to unconscious behaviors, which not only makes us suffer and creates conflict, but also threatens our social, emotional, and cognitive development. Consequently we feel stressed much of the time, which diminishes our resilience, impacts our health, behaviors, relationships, and ability to communicate with empathy. We feel unhappy as a result.INTRODUCING IOLEEThe Inside Out Learning Experience Ecosystem or IOLEE is the outcome of a 30 year developmental process, which crosses the boundaries of different disciplines and practices including: Ayurvedic Science, Vipasana (Eightfold Path), Depth Psychology, Systems Science, Process Philosophy, Mindfulness, Neuroscience, and Modern Psychology and Medicine. As the name already indicates, IOLEE is designed to helps you create the inner conditions by which subjective developmental processes can be understood and disruptive mechanisms resolved, allowing for a more individualized and effectively guided process of inner growth. This effectuates well-being on all levels of experience.LEVELS OF LEARNINGIn transformational experiences, we show you how when unveiling your Awareness, the body and mind's capacity to find balance, rejuvenate and heal, becomes available to you. However, you can only fully utilize this faculty if you're willing to uncover the root of your experiences, including suffering, and understand, feel and sense how life's dynamic flow becomes obstructed by our mistaken sense of reality, which is accompanied by negative ways of feeling and physically responding to the objective world. This can produce unbalance, discomfort and even disorder on all levels of experience.
